From start to finish, the sheet metal fabrication process usually has several different steps and stages.
Designing
The first step is designing. We work with our clients to create precise designs and technical specifications for their projects. Our team uses advanced CAD (computer-aided design) software to create detailed models.
Cutting
Once the design has been formalized, we use laser cutting, which is one of the most accurate ways of cutting sheet metal material. Lasers follow the programmed design and cut through the material with precision.
Punching
Many components require certain perforations or forms. For this, a CNC punching machine uses specific tools to "hit" the metal sheet and either perforate or shape it in specific ways.
Bending
The bending process, known as CNC folding, can be completed by various machines depending on the size and complexity of the part. Each machine forms the part by clamping the sheet metal and applying pressure to obtain the intended curvature.
Welding
There are various welding techniques we use, including MIG welding, TIG welding, spot welding and more. Our skilled welders ensure strong, precise connections between metal components.

Stainless Steel

Aluminum

Cold-Rolled Steel
Economical and with a nice surface finish, cold-rolled steel is limited to 3mm thickness. It's ideal for applications requiring smooth finishes like home appliances, furniture, and cabinets.
Hot-Rolled Steel
Formed in a heated state which allows for easier forming and lower cost. It's perfect for thicker sheets and plates but has less accurate dimensions due to shrinkage during cooling.
Galvanized Steel
